The Callery Group (Licensed as Wm. Brian Callery Agencies Inc.) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate
our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our
web site.
The Callery Group collects and uses personal information for purposes of providing the services contained on this site.
The Callery Group is committed to respecting the privacy and confidentiality of information in accordance with applicable
law. We do not collect personal information about you unless you send us an e-mail, submit a Contact Form, or update
your subscription to one of our e-mail newsletters (this includes creating a new subscription), in which case you
voluntarily provide your name and information.
A visitor's personal information received via e-mail or a Contact Form is made available only to employees of The Callery
Group or to The Callery Group webmaster, who require this information to respond to inquiries. We do not use this information
for any other purpose.
Server Logs
In the normal course of establishing and maintaining web connections, our web servers automatically log information about
visits to our web site. This includes statistical information such as a visitor's IP address, type of operating system,
time and duration of visit, web pages requested, and the domain name of the server you are visiting from. These statistics
are made available to our web site management team (including The Callery Group webmaster and The Callery Group employees)
to ensure our web site provides the optimal experience for visitors.
The server log information collected does not enable us to identify visitors. However, we may review server logs for
security purposes (i.e. - detect intrusions into our network). The possibility therefore exists that server log data,
which contains a visitor's IP address, could in instances of criminal malfeasance be used to trace and identify
individuals. In these cases, raw data logs would be shared with the appropriate investigative body. Under normal
circumstances logs are retained for a maximum of 365 days.
Privacy and Confidentiality
The Callery Group has established and will continue to maintain appropriate safeguards to protect
the security and confidentiality of personal information. However, you acknowledge and confirm that the Internet
is not a secure medium where privacy and confidentiality can be guaranteed and that complete security and confidentiality
of transmissions to and from this site over the Internet is not possible at this time. Your confidential use of the site
cannot be guaranteed and you acknowledge that your use of the site (including information you transmit to the site)
may be subject to access or manipulation by, or disclosure to, third parties. Without limiting any other disclaimer
herein, The Callery Group shall not be responsible or liable for any damages that you or any other
person may suffer in connection with any such breach of privacy, confidentiality or security. If you are provided
with a user name and password to access any part of this site, you agree to be liable for all uses of your user
name and password, including unauthorized use without your consent and you acknowledge that The Callery Group shall
not be responsible to confirm the actual identity or authority of any user. Instructions provided pursuant to such
user name and password shall constitute sufficient authority to The Callery Group to execute any transactions directed
thereunder. You agree to notify The Callery Group immediately should the confidentiality of your user name and password
be in jeopardy.
E-mail security
The security of e-mail communication cannot be guaranteed at this time. Any person wishing to communicate or
send information of a private or confidential nature to The Callery Group is encouraged to do so by other means.

When a web site visitor updates their subscription to one of our newsletters we may place a small data file, called a
cookie, in the browser file of your computer's hard drive. These cookies automatically identify your browser to our
server whenever you interact with our web site. Most browsers automatically accept these cookies, however you can change
your browser settings to prevent the acceptance of cookies.
